NOTE ABOUT PHONE APPOINTMENTS
New OHIP guidelines require patients who are booking a phone appointment to have had at least one in person appointment with their health care provider within the previous 24 months. If you book a phone appointment and you have not been seen in person for over 24 months you may be charged for the appointment.
